Miratel Solutions is an inbound/outbound call centre, eCommerce and
letter shop mail house located in North York We are currently looking
for motivated individuals to bring their best and deliver exceptional
customer service on behalf of our clients who represent some of Canada’s
largest charitable organizations. Successful candidates will have the
opportunity to work within our fast-paced and dynamic Call Centre and
Letter Shop Fulfillment House performing tasks such as: inbound
donation/lottery ticket order capture, inbound customer service,
outbound follow up and courtesy calls, mail order batching/sorting, data
entry and order validation.
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills/talents: excellent
verbal & written proficiency in English; computer/keyboarding ability
with a minimum of 30 wpm; good communication skills with a natural
aptitude for customer service; friendly disposition and an enthusiasm
for helping people.
Both Full-Time
and Part-Time Available, Permanent
Previous Experience Preferred

Parking Attendant (Toronto City
Centre Airport needed Weekdays, Weeknights, Weekends and rotating shifts.
This role ensures accessibility to the airport parking lots and provides
directions for on-site parking to all customers, visitors,and deliveries,
ensures collections, cash transfers, security system monitoring and access
control. Experience with the ZEAG system is an asset.Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills dealing with customers and staff. Ability to handle
direct cash & know basic math. Ability to use Computers and POS Terminals.
Class G Ontario drivers licence. Ability to be Bondable and pass a Criminal
Record Check. Additional functions may require exposure to adverse
environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, odours, wetness, humidity,
rain, cold and hot temperatures as well as noise extremes, fumes, traffic
hazards, and bright/dim light.
Occasional irregular hours, overtime and on-call.
