Elements Support Service is setting the standard for service excellence in
community based support services. We provide behavioural, cognitive and

reaching their full potential. Elements Support Services is currently
looking for a Rehabilitation Worker in the Uxbridge area.
If you are experienced, dedicated and a skilled individual who:
o Hold a University degree or College diploma in a related discipline
(Behavior Sciences, C.Y.W, D.S.W, P.T.A, O.T.A, Kinesiology, Rehab
studies)
o Experience in design and implementation of life skills, cognitive
retraining and behaviour management programs.
o Have a minimum of five years related experience
o Will commit to our ongoing educational requirements
• Design course curriculum materials for lessons in Fashion Marketing
Management;
• Plan and deliver these lessons in a clear and appropriate manner;
• Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student moral and motivation;
• Ensure student discipline;
• Assist with school promotional activities; and
• Salary will varies depending on qualification and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent from a recognized
academic institution;
• 5 years industry experience with a credible portfolio;
• Preferably 2 years lecturing experience in Fashion Business, Fashion
Buying, Fashion History, Fashion Merchandising & Marketing, Shape &
Composition, Styles & Trends, or other relevant areas of study;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic, with an interest to nurture students and to help
them achieve their potential; and
• Creative with an ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting and to
handle students of different nationalities.
1. Plan, organize, direct,
control and manage the activities of Canadian branch
2. Supervise and control the work of professional recruiters
3. Exercise discretion over the day-to-day operations of the branch
office
4. Hire and fire employees at the branch office
5. Interact and communicate with the headquarters in Korea
6. Create marketing strategy of the branch office
7. Recruit qualified ESL teachers
8. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and
conditions of employment
9. Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to
arrange interviews and arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of
personnel
