Industrial Engineering Technician

Knowledge of CI tools an asset (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Should be familiar with ISO 9001
Experience with 3D and 2D CAD programs (SolidWorks an asset)
Highly motivated and goals oriented
Excellent communications skills
A person who makes himself/herself readily available on the
production floor

developing and introducing new product lines. Contribute to new product
ideas. Formulate recipes/products and have experience with ingredients,
additives and running Hobart mixers, sheeters and proofers. Troubleshooting.
Be familiar with current trends in formulations and ingredients. Communicate
with raw material suppliers and track projects. Manage multiple high
priority projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Bachelor in Food Science or related field. Be knowledgeable
in cake and pastry products. Must have experience in formulating recipes.
3-5 years technical experience. Analyzing competitive products.
