The Manager – Human Resources plans, organizes, controls and evaluates the operations of human resources, and develops and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, and pay and benefit administration in our satellite offices. The scope includes managing matrix'd resources to achieve and/or exceed all metrics and obligations defined by the organization. 



Requirements:
- Must have a University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a personnel officer or human resource manager are required preferably in an IT related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience hiring and managing staff.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
- Must be willing to travel to the Ukraine for extended periods of time.
- Must have a deep understanding of Eastern European work methods, motivation criteria and culture.

-Advises on cost cutting strategies, budgetary concerns and presents case for HR budget.
-Allows for the employee comfort and safety in the workplace
-Takes control of recruitment. hiring, performance management, discipline and termination.
-Develops, implements and evaluates company policies and programs.
-Communicates problems and new policies to the employees
- Researches and presents ideas on maintaining competitive advantage
- Customer and employee relations

Additional education/qualifications:
-A certificate or degree in Human Resources
-Working towards or obtained the CHRP designation

Required skills/experience:
-5 years in a generalist role
-Experience working in seasonal industry or trades preferred
