Looking to hire a Law Clerk/Admin Assistant as an independent contractor to
assist Carabash Law with projects relating to Business Law, Lobbying,
consulting, and internet start-ups.

- Corporate filings with Ministry of Government Services and Industry Canada
- Retainers
- Docketing
- Invoicing
- Disbursements
- Correspondence
- Annual Returns (Law Society and Industry Canada)
- Insurance
- Making appointments and updating the calendar
- Answering phones
- Lobbying updates
