The role of the Production Supervisor
is to manage the daily duties in the plant to ensure efficient production.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the team of skilled tradesmen and production workers.
• Schedule of production for on-time delivery.
• Manage the supply of production tooling and fixtures.
• Manage the supply of materials for production.
• Improve the manufacturing system.
Qualifications:
• College or university degree.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience with proven management skill in
metal cutting.
• Proven leadership skill to engage and motivate the team of production
workers.
• Experience working in ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective
action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

candidate will possess a proven ability to provide superior levels of customer
service by inputting client orders, clarifying customer issues, determining
cause, selecting and acting upon the best solution to meet company and client
demands.
Strong organizational, coordinating, and follow up skills are key to this role
as well as proficient computer skills.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 yrs.experience working within a customer service roll
*Experience with inventory, shipping and receiving would be a must
* Process changes to orders; verify and confirm with orders in system
* A valid Forklift licence is prefered
* Expedite orders; inform customers of delivery information
* Excellent problem solving skills; able to react to client service
requirements with a sense of urgency
Compensation is $17.00/hr.

Work is generally performed in a fast paced environment
Work week consists of six (6) days (Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday
and Sundays)
