Publication Policy
TorontoJobClassifieds.com and CanadaJobClassifieds.com (the service provider) are free services where employers, staffing companies and volunteer organizations may post classified employment advertisements without charge. For a fee, job postings can be embellished with enhanced colours and graphics. In order to post jobs or advertise on these sites, employers and advertisers must provide contact information found in the "Job Posting" and various "Ad Order" forms. This information is used only by the service provider in order to effectively monitor ads and communicate with employers with respect to those ads. Contact information will not be shared or sold to third-parties.
i) Job Postings and Advertising must meet the following criteria:
- Job Postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities or volunteer work. We do not offer free postings for training, business or franchise opportunities; Training, business opportunity and franchise advertisers should refer to our "Advertise" page. Postings will be denied or removed for illegal work as well as for fraudulent, misleading, questionable or ambiguous content.
- Full Contact Information must be provided as specified in the Job Posting and various Ad Order forms.
- Required fields in the Job Posting Form's job description area must be complete.
- Fields in the Job Posting and various Ad Order forms must contain reasonable and sensible information, free from slang, profanity, illicit or suggestive content.
- We do not advertise or link to "Adult Only" sites.
CanadaJobClassifieds.com and TorontoJobClassifieds.com reserve the right to deny publication of any job posting or advertisement at its sole discretion. Rationale for exclusion will include but not be limited to failure to fulfill the above criteria.
ii) CanadaJobClassifieds.com and TorontoJobClassifieds.com makes no representations or warranties with respect the results of posting employment or other advertising with this service. Applicants responding to job postings will deal directly with employers and advertisers and are not screened by the service provider in any way.
iii) Individuals and Companies utilizing job posting and advertising services agree to indemnify, defend and hold Domino Marketing Communications, CanadaJobClassifieds, TorontoJobClassifieds, its owners, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (collectively "Indemnified Person(s)") harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from Your use of this Service, the Site(s), and/or Your breach of any term of this Publication Policy.
iv) Individuals and Companies posting employment and other advertisements with CanadaJobClassifieds.com and/or TorontoJobClassifieds.com agree that they will hold the service provider(s) harmless for errors and omissions. Where job posting or advertising was provided free of charge it is agreed that the sole remedy shall be correction or removal of erroneous postings or advertisements. Where individuals or companies have paid for additional features to be added to their posting or have paid for other advertisements the sole remedy for errors and omissions shall be correction and extension of original advertising term.
v) Individuals and Companies advertising on CanadaJobClassifieds.com and/or TorontoJobClassifieds.com warrant that they are authorized to represent the Companies named in the Contact Information section of the Job Posting Form and that the employment opportunities posted are valid opportunities with said company. Further, individuals and companies warrant that the employment opportunities are legal and that the company is not involved in criminal activity.
