The Director of Project Management will act as a leader and is responsible for all facets of the delivery of Genalta’s waste energy to power solutions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all deadlines and business requirements are met and that our organization delivers quality products, services and solutions to our clients. This will be achieved through monitoring of project plans, budget management, the alignment of company resources and product strategy with client needs, as well as new product/service development and deployment. As the Director of Project Management you will use best practices in managing people and projects as well as a commitment to continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and on budget.

•       An engineering degree.
•       Proven Leadership & people management skills.
•       Minimum 10 + years of project management experience.
