Work is generally performed in a fast paced environment
Work week consists of six (6) days (Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday and Sundays)
Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule

Installer/ Service Technician

 Aerocom is a world leader in the pneumatic tube systems technology. In addition to possessing the widest range of standard products in the industry, we also have the experience and expertise to custom design system solutions for any application.

We are currently looking for an experienced individual for an Installer to start immediately. In this position the individual will be required to perform installations as well as servicing the pneumatic transport systems throughout Ontario. The individual must be comfortable working at elevated heights as this is required for installing and commissioning pneumatic tube systems. 

This is a full time position with competitive salary, paid company travel expenses including company truck. If you are a self-motivated individual with good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills, we welcome your application. 

Qualified candidates must have:

• Proven Mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Mechanical and Low Voltage electrical experience

• Mechanical experience with pipe installation (PVC and Aluminum Tubing)

• Experience with terminating Low Voltage Cabling

• Basic programming experience with control devices

• Work using platform lifts and ladders

• Read and Layout according to Blueprints

• Excellent communication skills (English written and spoken), French speaking is a plus.

• Experience travelling to different work sights and working on the road

The qualified candidates will be responsible for installing and commissioning pneumatic tube systems in different facilities throughout Ontario. Company travel expenses will be paid. Tools will be provided as well as on the job training.  This is a great opportunity if you've ever thought of working in an electrical/mechanical environment.  This job is very hands on, and will require travel to different locations around Ontario so flexibility in time is a must. If you have experience as a contractor, or working in construction or as a service person, this may be the opportunity for you.
