We are currently seeking a Job Developer to assist our clients with disabilities find suitable employment with local employers across any sector of employment The Job Developer provides job matching, placement and job retention services to clients with disabilities who have experienced barriers to finding employment. The Job Developer is responsible for building partnerships with local employers to create job opportunities for our clients. The Job Developer encourages employers to review resumes and accept referrals from ALN and then works to facilitate the interview process and monitors successful placements to ensure job retention.
